Content Creation and Curation:
- Do your research and understand what Content would best resonate with the Audience while ensuring that the Vision and Mission of Clients and their Brand Guidelines are strictly adhered to.
- Guide the Content team and have them Create visually stunning, jaw-dropping content for our social media platforms, ranging from captivating text to eye-popping images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Discover and curate user-generated content that amplifies the brand presence and creates a sense of community.
- Collaborate with our talented design and content teams to develop creative assets that speak directly to our target audience.
Community Engagement and Customer Support:
- Think of yourself as the social media superhero, patrolling the platforms for comments, messages, and inquiries, ready to engage with prompt and professional responses.
- Engage, connect, and build lasting relationships with our followers, through comments, direct messages, and lively discussions.
- Embrace your customer support superpowers, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive user experience.
Social Listening and Trend Awareness:
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, breaking news, and cultural moments that are meaningful for our Followers and potential customers.
- Tune in to social media conversations, hashtags, and user-generated content related to our brand, products, and industry.
- Spot golden opportunities for real-time engagement, exciting collaborations, and mind-blowing content creation based on trending topics and events.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing with at least 1 year work experience in a similar role.
- Well-versed in the Indian social media landscape, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools & analytics platforms
- Creative mindset, with the ability to develop engaging content that captures the hearts of the audience.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal.
